Terms of Use

  1. The Range of this Terms of Use
    You can use the "Potrait Mail"("PM"), subject to acceptance of the following Terms of Use.
    In addition to the Terms and Conditions, use of each linked site shall also be subject to the terms and conditions particular to such sites.
  2. About charge of Use
    You can use the all services of "PM" at no charge*.
    *Always excepting communicasion charge.
    The users of "PM" may receieve information distributed by e-mail.
  3. Treatment of User's information
    We use user's personal information on the following 4 purposes.In addition, the digital photoes sended for using "PM" are deleted automatically when the process of making portrait is finished. So we don't treat them as your personal information.

    1. To provide services (but not limited to "PM") that judges to be beneficial to Users. Or to provide information about products and services of our advertiser company;
    2. To conduct questionnaire surveys and analyses to improve the quality of the Services;
    3. To notify Users by email regarding matters that can have significant effects on the operation of "PM" (including but not limited to major changes in the content of "PM" and their temporary suspension);
    4. To notify by email in order to receive User's consent regarding the handling of their personal information.
      We will not give out User's personal information to a third party, except in the following cases.
      1. In case we aggregate and analyse User's personal information in order to improve the service.

      9. In the case of emergency in which a person's life, person, property, etc. are in imminent danger.
  4. Agreement with these Terms
    In case a user has used this service, the user in question shall be deemed to have agreed with these terms.
    We may, at the discretion of our company, partially terminate, suspend temporarily, alter, or supplement these services.
  5. Legal procedures
    The Terms of Use shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan. If a dispute should arise between a User and our company, both parties shall agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court in the first instance, depending on the amount claimed.
